Smartive is growing more and more. We make a lot of projects, we organize a lot of events for our clients, we are transforming a lot of people. We need to reinforce our staff to manage all the clients projects and keep the efficiency of our operations.
The Senior Manager is responsible of the client account in all aspects: strategy, relationship, production, up-selling.
What will you do?
Curating all the Smartive Transformation Journeys for the assigned clients
Supervising the project team with the assistance of the Project Manager
Monitoring the progress of the Journey
Analyzing with client and the team the projects KPis, for implementing new activities, accelerating the transformation and integrating possible corrections
