Smartive is growing more and more. We make a lot of projects, we organize a lot of events for our clients, we are transforming a lot of people. We need to reinforce our staff to manage all the clients projects and keep the efficiency of our operations.
What will you do?
Planning costs and resources of events and initiatives included in the Smartive Transformation Journeys
Allocating resources
Monitoring the progress status and KPIs
Dealing with external partners and resources
