Why do we need you?
Smartive is growing. We are increasingly involved in transformation paths in which we support our customers in exploring the cultural change generated by the impact of digital and technology and digital. We need to produce relevant training experiences for the application of our Open Transformation methodology. We are looking for a person passionate about innovation and learning design, curious and ready to accompany our customers on the journey of digital transformation, to grow together.
What will you do?
Design of training activities with the Open Transformation methodology (https://www.smartive.company/open-transformation)
Management of training activities (organization of training events, such as Academy, Workshop, Digital Day, etc ..)
Scouting of new Partners (Speakers, Location, Digital Platforms, actors of the innovation ecosystem)
Learn, experiment, (and make mistakes), learn
What do we believe will help you excel in this role?
Requirements
Master's degree in Management, Training, Human Resources
Excellent English
Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Power Point, Excel, Word)
Desire to learn, curiosity and passion in the Smartive mission
Curiosity towards the digital world and the world of education
Erasmus or an equivalent international experience are highly appreciated (we are also available to host international students)
Relevant soft skills
Excellent organizational skills, compliance with deadlines and focus on objectives
Ability to manage several projects in parallel
