Why do we need you?
Smartive grows more and more. We are increasingly involved in transformation paths in which we support our customers in the exploration of change and digital. We have developed the SmartiveMap, a People Analytics tool and we need to optimize our collection, measurement and data analysis system and to implement our methodology in data-driven terms. We are looking for a curious person passionate about innovation and data to grow together.
What will you do?
Creation of campaigns for data collection
Collection and analysis of data from our SmartiveMap assessment tool, from which different levels of openness to change and digital skills emerge within organizations
Participation in the development of a concrete project in the People Analytics field
Team support in managing and improving our SmartiveMap assessment tool
Learn, experiment, learn
What do we believe will help you excel in this role?
Master's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Psychometrics or similar
Excellent English
Mastery of the Office package, especially Excel
Erasmus or an equivalent international experience are highly appreciated (we are also available to host international students)
